Why would I need help?
There are many reasons. For instance, you might consider looking for one if you:
Sessions will be 45 mins or an hour. During that time we will explore what makes you feel alive, what your gifts and talents are and where you would like to see yourself in the future.
Through questions I ask, you'll define your vision and your goals and the challenges or obstacles that may stand in your way. Obstacles can be fears or judgements due to past experiences and they have their own intelligence that needs to be respected. I will help you hold space for them and slowly integrate them in your journey towards wholeness. Shadows are not all negative, they typically hide a lot of creative energy.
My experience in Mental Health, my training in mindfulness practice, narrative approaches, systemic family therapy, systemic constellation and transparent communication inform the way I work.
